Age Eligibility
Children must be 5 years old by September 1 to participate in kindergarten. It is important that you assess your child’s readiness before enrolling in kindergarten and grade 1. Children should be able to follow simple directions and have developed motor skills in order to hold a pencil, use scissors, etc.
Special Needs, Learning & Behavioral Disorders
We have worked hard to create a support program to meet the needs of many children, but we are not equipped to serve everyone. If your child has special needs, learning differences, and/or behavioral challenges please submit a Request More Information before you apply.
It is our mission to provide a fun, safe, and effective learning program for all participants. To do this, it is important that each child is in the learning group that is best suited for his or her abilities. If your child has a learning or behavioral disability, please indicate this in his/her application. This will help us to know if our program is able to meet your child’s needs.
